Why do you need it?

This course aims at providing an overview of everything you need to design, manage and sell e-learning projects, with a particular focus on strategies to better optimize the resources involved and start doing business in this market. At the end of the course, you'll have the basic knowledge necessary to design your e-learning program. What can be done with e-learning? How to mix it with classroom training? I will guide you in the choice of technologies, tools and suppliers, on what to do in-house and what to outsource, on which are the costs, times and implications of the choices. You will know where to start, what to look out for and what tools to use. And you'll be ready to take our courses on Articulate :-)
